Un très vaste marché s’ouvre et s’élargit dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique, dès maintenant et pour les années qui viennent : la certification des bâtiments tertiaires et industriels, celle de l’habitat au sens large, l’optimisation de la performance par la GTB (Gestion Technique du Bâtiment), la maintenance des installations pour une meilleure efficacité énergétique, l’audit énergétique, les labels de conformité  (HQE Exploitation, Breeam in Use, Leed Ebom, ISO 500001, NF HQE Logement), – voilà les marchés sur lesquels un certain nombre de bureaux d’ingénierie sont en train de s’installer.
