Les entreprises de la Couverture recrutent

Le métier de Couvreur connaît une pénurie de candidats, ce qui fait que les petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises du secteur s’associent en partenariat pour trouver les bons profils. Les chefs d’entreprises d’Ile de France recherchent tous à recruter : ils ont besoin de couvreurs qualifiés capables d’évoluer.

Ainsi, Afortech travaille avec ces entreprises de Couverture, le Conseil Départemental du 93, Constructys (l’OPCO de la Construction), mais aussi avec les organismes de recherche d’emploi (Pôle emploi et les missions locales), pour aiguiller les  candidats demandeurs d’emploi motivés vers ce métier de Couvreur. Il propose un parcours de formation et de stage en entreprise sur le terrain, pour un vrai travail, un beau métier et une carrière à la clé. La formation d’aide-couvreur est réalisée en partenariat avec le CFA Couverture Plomberie MaxPe. Elle pourra déboucher sur les autres formations dispensées au CFA, qui vont du CAP au BP dans les domaines de la couverture et de la plomberie. Lieu de formation : Alfortville (94), mais soutien du Conseil départemental du 93. Les candidatures de Paris et de la Petite Couronne sont les bienvenues !

Le métier de Couvreur, qu’est-ce que c’est au quotidien ?

Un Couvreur est un ouvrier qualifié du Bâtiment. Il ou elle :

• réalise, entretient ou répare les toitures des édifices des immeubles aux maisons, en passant par les monuments historiques dans le cadre de travaux neufs ou de rénovation,
• intervient après la mise en place de la charpente, monte les échafaudages et assure l’évacuation des eaux de pluie et l’étanchéité de la construction contre les intempéries,
• effectue la préparation et la pose des éléments de couverture (ardoises, zinc, tôles, …), selon les règles de sécurité.

Quels sont les profils recherchés ?

Le métier de la Couverture est à la fois un métier technique et esthétique, qui requiert en premier lieu une grande « culture de métier ». Quels en sont les prérequis  ? :

• Aptitude à travailler en hauteur
• Ne pas avoir le vertige
• Goût pour le travail en plein air, être à l’aise sur un toit
• Agilité et sens du réflexe
• Aptitudes manuelles, bonne condition physique
• Sens de la rigueur et de la précision
• Prudence et respect des consignes de sécurité
• Esprit d’équipe
• Adaptabilité et mobilité (plusieurs sites géographiques)
• Maîtrise de la langue française
• 1 an d’expérience dans le bâtiment
• un niveau 3ème des Collèges est un plus

Concrètement, comment bénéficier de cette formation ?

Les candidats devront s’adresser à Afortech pour s’incrire la formation d’aide-couvreur qu’il organise. Il s’agit d’une formation à temps complet du 16/12/2019 au 12/03/2020. Afortech est en effet au cœur de la profession, et de la communauté des entreprises de Couverture : au cours de cette formation, il organisera une rencontre entre les entreprises et les candidats en formation,  pour la sélection d’un stage pratique en entreprise de 2 semaines.
