Un succès notamment dû à son appartenance au Syndicat des professionnels du génie climatique et de la couverture-plomberie d’Ile de France (GCCP). Cette proximité permet à son équipe d’être à l’écoute des besoins des entrepreneurs afin de leur apporter des réponses rapides et adaptées en termes de formation continue. En 2014, l’organisme a réalisé plus de 250 entretiens-conseils alors que cette prestation n’existait pas à ses débuts. Il a également créé un nouveau service en 2011 : « recruter/former » pour sélectionner des candidats et les former aux métiers en tension. Afortech forme ainsi des dépanneurs-plombiers et des couvreurs et a également lancé des recrutements/formations pour répondre aux besoins de chargés d’affaires juniors et d’encadrement de chantier.

Afortech se différencie des autres organismes par son approche globale et très structurée des dossiers : une démarche d’amélioration continue certifiée ISO 9001. Son équipe, très réactive fournit un soutien apprécié des entreprises face à la complexité administrative.
