Coaching et conseil aux Dirigeants :

Depuis 2017 maintenant, #Afortech propose de nouveaux dispositifs de formation pour les entreprises du bâtiment. En effet jusqu’à présent, le coaching, le conseil et l’accompagnement n’étaient pas éligibles aux financements de la formation professionnelle continue. Or maintenant, ils le deviennent. A cet égard, cette évolution a marqué un tournant. La notion d’action de formation a évolué.

Ainsi le GCCP et Afortech ont travaillé en lien étroit avec Constructys IDF pour rendre éligibles ces nouveaux dispositifs. Maintenant, les actions de coaching individuel ou d’équipe peuvent faire l’objet d’une prise en charge. Et ce pour une durée minimale de 3 demi-journées.

Le conseil aux dirigeants est un accompagnement individuel ou collectif de l’équipe dirigeante leur permettant de dépasser les obstacles contextuels, et désamorcer leurs propres freins. En s’appuyant sur les ressources de l’entreprise et les compétences du ou des dirigeants, le consultant les accompagne vers l’objectif fixé.
